Features

Field tags

New optional "Field Tags" which can be assigned to any field within your Registration, Application, Assessment or Milestone templates. Field Tags can be created & assigned under the field focus menu by clicking on the "Create new Tag" button, enter the tag name and clicking the green tick button to save. Alternatively a Field Tag can be selected from the list of existing tags within the drop down menu. 

Once you have assigned Field Tags to your fields you are able to select them from the Personalisation list within the Letter & Contract Document Builder allowing you to directly reference your form data within your Letters and Contracts. Additionally your personalisations can be formatted as one of Comma Separated, Bullet List or Numbered List options which controls the appearance when more than one value is available within the Form e.g. Repeatable Sections.

Fields that have been Tags can also be pulled directly into Data Sources that support them ( Applicant, Funding Application, Assessments & Milestones ) from the Add Data Source modal. This allows data from different templates to be combined into a singular report without using an Append function. 

Small Features

  • Assessors can now export Application PDF and download Application Archives directly from the Assessor side by side viewer as well as the dedicated Assessor Application page
  • Add applicant/grant info to assessor application dedicated page
  • Milestones can now be added to Funding Applications that are not approved.

Bug fixes

  • Fix bug preventing milestone payments page from rendering in some cases.
  • Allow selection of text and scrolling in disabled Textareas
