This article explains how to share assessment information with Assessors, Applicants and/or Verifiers.
Assessment Sharing is a novel feature which allows your organisation to easily share Assessment Information with Assessor, Applicants, and Verifiers in an easy and streamlined way.
Sharing Assessment Information can be useful for several key purposes:
- Providing feedback to Applicants after decisions
- Enabling collaboration between assessors during assessment either within the same round or between rounds
- Facilitating information sharing between different participants in the process
We also provide the ability to remove scoring and assessor information from shared assessments, giving you flexibility in controlling what level of information participants can see.
How to Share Assessment Information as an Admin
To select which Assessments to be shared and with who, start by clicking on the new menu item called “Sharing” in your left hand menu.
This will take you to the Assessment Sharing screen.
Now, to share an Assessment—or to share many—click on Share Assessments at the top right of the scree
The first step—Details—will ask you if you wish to scrub scoring and/or assessor information from the shared assessments.
This feature is particularly useful when providing anonymous feedback to applicants.
In the second step—Sharing—choose which participants should receive access to the Assessments. This can be Assessors, Applicants and/or Verifiers!
Next, select the Assessments to share with each participants by clicking on “Add Assessment(s).”
Choose the Assessments to share and Click “Add selected.”
Repeat this for all participants in the process.
Finally navigate to the last step—Publish—and click “Publish 🚀” to make the Assessments available within the Participant’s portal.
How to View The Assessments As a Participant (Applicant, Assessor, or Verifier)
Once the Assessments have been shared with the Participant, a "Shared Assessments" area will appear in their left-hand navigation.
This page lists all shared Assessments and allows Participants to view the Assessment information.
If assessor or scoring information have been scrubbed, Participants will not be able to view it.

In Addition to the tab above, Assessors can also see the shared assessments in situ within the assessment process. They are listed out and can be clicked in the right hand pane of the assessment screen which will pop up the assessment detail.
