In-built Personalisations
Email Templates in Tahua come with a list of Personalisations out of the box which can be accessed from the Personalisations menu in the Email Template Builder.
The list of Personalisations available within a given Email Template differs slightly from Template to Template depending on what data is available within the context of that Email.
Tagged Fields Personalisations
If you wish to include responses from your Registration and Application Forms within your email template, Tagged Field Personalisations are the solution.
First you will need to Tag the fields within the form Template you wish to pull response data from.
Once this is done the Tag value will become available as a Personalisation within the Email Builder Personalisation menu under the Applicant and Application sections respectively.
Select the Personalisation from the menu and position it in the email as desired.
