Reset Password

If you or one of your Users have forgotten your password, there are a couple of options to facilitate a reset of the password.

A user can prompt a password reset by clicking on the "Forgot your password?" button on the login page.

Alternatively, an Admin can log into the Tahua platform, pull up the User's account, and initiate a password reset email as per the screenshot below.
