Granting an Applicant Role to a Verifier

Give an existing Verifier an Applicant Role too, so they can act as both from one login.

A Verifier can create an Applicant Organisation themselves, by clicking Create Another in their portal.

When selecting "Who are you registering on behalf of," they should choose any of the Applicant Registration Types available.
