PDF Margins

Contract PDF margins are by default 0.5 inch (top and bottom) and 1 inch (left and right). These can be configured to different values for your organisation by contacting Tahua Support: mailto:[e-mail]

Inputting Text and Images

Contract Templates use the same rich-text editor as other document templates in Tahua. From the toolbar you can:

• Format text with bold, italic, underline, font size, and font colour.

• Add bulleted or numbered lists.

• Align paragraphs (left, centre, right, or justified) and adjust indentation.

• Insert and edit tables, including adding/removing rows and columns and setting table/cell properties.

• Insert links.

• Insert a Personalisation tag or Contract Tag, where one has been set up, using the Personalisations button.

Adding images

Click the Image button in the toolbar to open a file picker and insert an image (e.g. a logo or letterhead) directly into the contract body. Note that pasting an image directly into the editor isn't supported — images need to be added via the Image button itself.

If you run into an image that's too large to insert, try reducing its file size before uploading. If you're unsure why an image isn't inserting as expected, contact Tahua Support: mailto:[e-mail]
