# Decision Email Templates

At the top of your dashboard, click on Settings > Organisation > Emails. This is where you can view and edit all the email templates that are set up for your Organisation. If you do not edit them, they will be sent using the default template text. If you do not have the ability to "Edit" these templates, please contact your main Administrator who can give you the required access.

**Admin "Decision" Email Templates**

* Funding Application Decision assigned for review - sent to an Admin when a [Decision](/knowledge-base/administrator-help-guides/decisions/decisions-overview.md) is assigned to them to review before it's sent.

**Applicant "Decision" Email Templates**

* Letter of Offer - sent to the Applicant when an approve decision is made on their application.
* Letter of Decline - sent to the Applicant when a decline decision is made on their application.
* Offer Reminder - sent to the Applicant a set number of days after a Letter of Offer was sent, if they haven't yet accepted or declined it. **Verifier/Institution "Decision" Email Templates**

These only apply if your Decisions are routed through a Verifier/Institution before being sent to the Applicant.

* Letter of Offer Assigned to Verifier/Institution - sent when a Letter of Offer is assigned to a Verifier/Institution for their review.
* Letter of Offer Sent to Applicant - sent once the Verifier/Institution has accepted the offer and it's gone on to the Applicant.
* Letter of Decline Sent to Verifier/Institution - sent when a decline decision is shared with the Verifier/Institution.
