# Checklist - Funding Rounds & Grant Management

* [ ] Preview the Application Template selected for this round.
* [ ] If your Funding Type is "Application form field," confirm a **Currency** field is selected and the funding amount it will pull through is correct.
* [ ] Confirm the Grant type (Public/Private) — for a Private Grant, confirm your Applicant list is complete.
* [ ] Confirm your opening and closing dates (or set the round to "Always open").
* [ ] If this is a [Multi-Stage Grant Round](/knowledge-base/administrator-help-guides/funding-rounds-and-grant-management/multi-stage-grant-rounds.md), confirm the correct prior-stage applications are selected, and double check the linked template if you're copying values forward.
* [ ] If using a [Landing Page](/knowledge-base/administrator-help-guides/funding-rounds-and-grant-management/landing-page.md), confirm its privacy setting and URL slug are correct.
* [ ] Set up [Field Tags](/knowledge-base/administrator-help-guides/applications/application-templates/personalisations-and-field-tags.md) on the Application Template if you want data to pull into Contracts, letters, or reports.
* [ ] Review email templates for this round under [Funding Round Email Templates](/knowledge-base/administrator-help-guides/funding-rounds-and-grant-management/funding-round-email-templates.md).
* [ ] Confirm Assessors/reviewers are assigned, if this round requires assessment.
* [ ] Publish the Grant — remember "Unpublish & Edit" remains available afterwards if you need to make changes.
