# Milestone Invoices (Xero)

When you are setting up your [Milestone Template](https://help.tahua.io/knowledge-base/administrator-help-guides/milestones/milestone-templates), you will want to add a "File Upload" field so that Applicants can upload the invoice into the system.

Ensure you have ticked the "Is an invoice" field - this is what enables it to push through to Xero as an attachment.
