# Folders
You can create new folders from the home page of your Data Reports.
To add existing reports to a specific folder, simply click on the arrow next to the "Edit" button and choose "Assign to Folder". Note that if your Organisation does not have any additional [Admin Groups](/knowledge-base/administrator-help-guides/administrator-permissions-and-user-management/admin-groups-and-data-access-rules.md) setup, only the first two Visibility options will be offered.
Alternatively, if you are in an existing report, you can add that report to a specific folder by clicking on the No Folder text. \
