# Folders
When using data reports, you can opt for different access/privacy levels for your reports. You can choose private (just for your eyes), organisation wide, or restricted to specific Admin groups.
You can create new folders from the home page of your Data Reports.
To add existing reports to a specific folder, simply click on the arrow next to the "Edit" button and choose "Assign to Folder". Note that if your Organisation does not have any additional [Admin Groups](/knowledge-base/administrator-help-guides/administrator-permissions-and-user-management/admin-groups-and-data-access-rules.md) setup, only the first two Visibility options will be offered.
Alternatively, if you are in an existing report, you can add that report to a specific folder by clicking on the No Folder text.\
