# Verifier/Institution FAQs

**I'm an Admin and I've submitted an Application on behalf of the Applicant - but it hasn't gone through to the Institution for review/submission. Why not?**<br>

When an Admin acts on behalf of an Applicant and submits an Application, the system automatically submits the Application directly to the funder/organisation. The Applicant must submit the Application themselves if they want the Institution/Verifier to review and complete the submission.

**I need a Verifier as a signatory on a Contract, but I'm not sure how to set this up.**&#x20;

Have a look at our [Contract Signatories](/knowledge-base/administrator-help-guides/contracts/contract-templates/contract-signatories.md) - this explains the different signatory flows in more detail.&#x20;
