# Exporting Assessments and Applications

This article is for Assessors who want to download an Application or their Assessment for offline reference.

You can export an Application, or your own Assessment of it, directly from your Dashboard — useful if you want an offline copy for your own records, or need to share your reasoning with someone outside the portal.

Look for the export/download option from your Dashboard or from within an open Assessment.\

What an export includes depends on how your organisation has configured it — check with your Grant Administrator if you expect to see information (such as other Assessors' scores) that isn't in your download.
