Understanding Your Dashboard

This article is for Assessors who want to understand their Dashboard — how to find assigned Applications, read statuses, and filter or search your assessments.

Your Dashboard is where you access every Application you've been assigned to assess, track their status, and see notifications about new assignments or changes (such as a Conflict of Interest being revoked).

1

Log into the funding portal. If you do not have a log in, see Creating an Account.

If you have an Administrator log in for the same organisation, switch to Assessor Mode from your profile menu instead of creating a separate account.

2

Check your notifications

When you're assigned an Application, you'll receive an email, and it will also appear under the Notifications section of your Dashboard.

Notifications also tell you about changes to Applications you're already assessing — for example, if an Admin revokes a Conflict of Interest you declared. You can dismiss a notification once you've actioned it.

3

Find your Applications under "My Assessments"

Under My Assessments, you'll see every Application assigned to you, along with its current status. Click Assess on any row to open it.

Assessment Statuses

Definition

Pending Assessment

An assessment has been assigned to you and is pending your action. If your round has a Decision step enabled, this is also the status you'll see before you've made that decision — see Deciding Whether to Assess.

Declined Assessment

You (or the Round's Decision workflow) declined to assess this Application — no further action is needed from you.

Declared Conflict

You've declared a Conflict of Interest and are waiting for an Admin to review it.

Conflict Confirmed

Your declared Conflict of Interest has been confirmed as part of the review process.

Conflict Revoked

You declared a Conflict of Interest and it's since been revoked by an Admin — you can now proceed with the Assessment.

Assessing

You've opened the Application but haven't submitted your Assessment yet. Changes save automatically.

Assessed

You've completed and submitted your Assessment. No further action is required.

Which of these apply depends on your organisation's Assessment Round setup — not every round uses a Decision or Conflict of Interest step.

Filtering, Sorting, and Searching

You can narrow down a long list of Assessments using the tools above the table:

  • Search by Application or Applicant name.

  • Filter by Assessment Round, Funding Round, or Status.

  • Sort by due date, application, applicant, status, or score (if your organisation shows assessment scores to Assessors).

When you no longer need a filter, click the filter icon to Clear Filters.

Looking for an Assessment an Admin shared with you rather than assigned to you? See Viewing Shared Assessments — these appear in a separate area of your Dashboard.
