Viewing Shared Assessments

This article is for Assessors who have had Assessment information shared with them by an Admin, separate from their own assigned Assessments.

Beyond the Applications assigned to you directly, a Grant Administrator can choose to share other Assessments with you — for example, to let Assessors compare notes within the same round, or review Assessments from an earlier round.

Once an Admin shares Assessments with you, a Shared Assessments area appears in your left-hand navigation. This is separate from My Assessments, and lists only the Assessments an Admin has specifically shared with you.

Shared Assessments are read-only, and may have some information removed. An Admin can choose to scrub scoring and/or Assessor identity before sharing, so you may see an Assessment without knowing who assessed it or what score they gave.

Open Shared Assessments from the left-hand menu to see everything that's been shared with you, and click into any entry to view its details.
