Getting Started with MYOB
Everything you need to get started integrating Tahua and MYOB (MYOB Business / AccountRight)

Connecting an integration requires the "Can manage Integrations" permission on your user.

Go to Settings > Organisation in the top right menu
Click Edit Details to edit your Organisation Settings.

Towards the bottom of settings is MYOB Integration. Click the link to connect to MYOB.

You will be taken to MYOB, where you sign in and choose the company file to connect to.
MYOB will ask you to authorise Tahua and select which company file (business) you want to connect. Tahua connects to a single company file per organisation.

You will then be directed back to your organisation settings, where you can test the connection, or disconnect.
Once you are connected, Milestones will automatically be sent to MYOB as Bills.

You can control which MYOB account code is used for the published bills.
This is the MYOB account code milestones will be created under.

Next, you can choose when a MYOB Bill should be published.
Pick the point(s) in the Milestone lifecycle at which a Bill is created in MYOB. You can select more than one.

Finally, enter an email address for sync errors.
Sometimes a Bill can't be published. When that happens, a report is sent to this email address with a link allowing you to inspect the Milestone and manually retry the sync. You can also choose a different date for the Bill when you manually sync the Milestone.
