Organisation Management

This article is for those who wish to create and manage Organisations.

Tip: Refer to Applicant Registration to understand the role of an Organisation.

 

There are two ways of creating organisations:

(A) Via an individual account that is already registered.

(B) During the signup process. See Applicant Registration.

 

Creating an organisation via an individual account that is already registered

 

  1. Sign in to your account using your email and password.
  2. On your Dashboard, next to the main menu, there is a dropdown menu. 
  3. Click on the dropdown menu, then click + Create Organisation.
  4. Enter the name of the Organisation, then click Save.
  5. (Optional) Edit the company name, first name or last name.
  6. (Optional) If you want to invite others into your Company, click Invite users. Enter their full name and email address. Note: You can only invite users with an email that is not already registered in the system.
  7. (Optional) If you wish to invite one or more new users into your company, click Invite another user
  8. After completing the details on this form, click Register. 

Note: you will not be able to click the Register button until you have completed all fields with an asterisk (*).

 

Tip: You can edit and delete an organisation later if needed. Users in the company may also leave later on.

 

How to view, edit or delete an existing company

 

  1. On your Dashboard, next to the main menu, there is a dropdown menu. 
  2. Click on the dropdown menu, then click Manage Organisations.
  3. Select the Organisation, click View or click the down arrow to Edit or Delete Company.

 

Tip: When you are viewing a company via the Manage Organisations screen, you can see the Applicants that belong to the company and the Applications the company has made.

 

How to Toggle between individuals and companies

 

Click the right hand menu and click the individuals or company you wish to toggle to.
