Troubleshooting Applicant Invites

Understand the various options available if one of your applicants does not receive their invitation email.

1. Option 1 - Resend Invitation Email

Navigate to the user you are troubleshooting via Users > Applicants in the top navigations.

Click on 'View' on the relevant User once you have found them and then click on "Resend Invitation Email" from the right hand menu.

If your users still does not receive the email then you can try the option below.

2. Option 2 - Provide the invitation link directly

Navigate to the user you are troubleshooting via Users > Applicants in the top navigations.

Click on 'View' on the relevant User once you have found them and then click on "Generate Invitation Link" from the right hand menu.

This will generate an invitation link and present it on the user page as shown in the image below. You can copy this link and provide it directly to your user so they can complete the invitation process.
