Contracts Module
Ability to create Contracts that help with managing the funding process.
We've added well structured creation process for Contracts, which can be linked to either an Application or directly to an Applicant.
It is also possible to assign Milestones to Contracts. The image below displays the ability of creating a Contract Milestone via the Contract creation process.
We've also added a step for creating your own custom Contract Document or alternatively uploading a physical one. As part of this step, the user is required to assign signatories to make sure that both Admin and Applicants will have signed the Contract Document by the end of the process.
In the final step of the creation process, the Admin may choose to either send the Contract directly to the Applicant, or request the review of another Admin.
In addition to the creation process, there is also a profile page for Contracts, from which the user may manage the process after the Contract has been created. This could be editing its details, adding Milestones, creating a Variation, contacting the Applicant and more.
As mentioned above, it is also possible to create Contract "Variations", allowing admins to generate new contracts based off an existing Contract, retaining the same core information (Applicant, Contract Manager, Category) but allowing for a new Contract Document to be created. A Variation will go through the same approval process as normal Contracts.
On the Applicant side, they will be prompted to either "Approve and Sign" or "Decline" the Contract.
