Registration Email Templates
There are various email templates that recipients can receive which help streamline the Registration process, which all enable Admin to customise them.
At the top of your dashboard, click on Settings > Organisation > Emails. This is where you can view and edit all the email templates that are setup for your Organisation. If you do not edit them, they will will be sent using the default template text. If you do not have the ability to "Edit" these templates, please contact your main Administrator who can give you the required access.
Admin "Registration" Email Templates
Admin Invitation Email - this goes out to anyone you "invite" into the system as an Admin user.
Applicant Registration Details Changed - this email goes to Admins (who have their email preferences turned on to receive this) to notify when an Applicant has changed their registration details.
Applicant Registration Submitted - this email goes to Admins (who have their email preferences turned on to receive this) to notify when an Applicant has registered in the system (and if the Registration requires Admin review prior to approval, they'll be to do this through their dashboard).

Applicant "Registration" Email Templates
Applicant Invitation Email - this is the email that will go out to prospective Applicants when an Admin invites them to register in the Portal.
Registration Submitted - this is the email that an Applicant receives when they have submitted their Registration.
Registration Successful - this is the email that an Applicant receives when Admin has approved their Registration (if Admin have this setting turned on).
Resubmission Request - this is the email that an Applicant receives if Admin reject specific information provided in their initial Registration.

Verifier/Institution "Registration" Email Template
Institution Invitation Email - this is the email that will go out to prospective Institutions when an Admin invites them to register in the Portal.
