Registration Email Templates

There are various email templates that recipients can receive, which all enable Admin to customise them.

At the top of your dashboard, click on Settings > Organisation > Emails. This is where you can view all the email templates that are currently setup for your Organisation. If you do not have the ability to "Edit" these templates, please contact your main Administrator who can give you the required access.

Admin "Registration" Email Templates

• Admin Invitation Email - this goes out to anyone you "invite" into the system as an Admin user.

• Applicant Registration Details Changed - this email goes to Admins (who have their email preferences turned on to receive this) to notify when an Applicant has changed their registration details.

• Applicant Registration Submitted - this email goes to Admins (who have their email preferences turned on to receive this) to notify when an Applicant has registered in the system (and if the Registration requires Admin review prior to approval, they'll be to do this through their dashboard).
