Staying Informed: The Notification System

An important features of the Dashboard is the notification system at the top of your screen.

The Red Dot Indicator

You'll see a bell icon at the top right. When there's new activity since your last login, a red dot appears on this icon.

To view your notifications:

1. Click the bell icon with the red dot

2. This opens two feeds:

   • Notification Feed - Shows recent activity and updates

   • Task Feed - Shows items requiring your attention

What triggers notifications:

• New applicant registrations

• Application submissions

• Assessment completions

• System updates requiring action

• Messages from applicants

• Tasks assigned to you by other Admin
