Using the Form Builder for Registration Templates
The form builder for registration templates works exactly the same as for application & milestone templates. You have access to all the same field types and properties.
You can drag and drop a field type from the left toolbox into the form builder area, or you can simply click on a field type to add it. This creates your first field on the page.

Available Field Types
Simple Fields
Free Text - Add instructional text, headings, or information blocks that aren't questions (applicants can't enter data here)
Header - Create section headers to organise your form into clear sections
Image - Add images, logos, or visual elements to your registration form
Data Entry:
Entity Name - Captures the name of the individual or organisation
Multi-choice - Checkboxes allowing multiple selections
Single choice - Radio buttons allowing one selection
Dropdown - Concealed list that expands when clicked (good for longer lists)
Yes/No - Binary choice with optional confirmation checkbox style
Slider - A sliding scale with a configurable range (default 0-10), useful for rating scales or numeric ranges
Text Fields:
Short text - Single line text entry
Long text - Multi-line text entry
Rich text - Formattable text with bold, italics, links, bullets, and numbered lists
Other Fields:
File upload - For uploading supporting documents (e.g., proof of registration, identification)
Address - Compact way to capture full address information
Date picker - Consistent date entry interface
Currency - For financial information (can set max values)
