What are Registration Templates?

Registration templates are the forms that capture information about applicants when they first sign up to your funding portal. Unlike application templates (which can change with each funding round), registration templates are set once and collect the core profile information you need about every applicant. When you are setting up Tahua for the first time, you must create a registration template before you can open up any future funding rounds.

There are two types of registration templates:

• Individual Registration Template - For people applying as themselves (e.g. scholarships, individual grants)

• Organisation Registration Template - For groups, companies, clubs, or other entities applying for funding

All applicants must complete registration before they can apply for funding. Completing the registration process enables each approved applicant to gain access to the secure Tahua portal to manage their profile, submit applications, and track their funding journey.
