Transferring Applicant Records

From time to time, you may encounter Applicants that have signed up more than one on the Portal, and you may wish to consolidate their accounts. This article explains the process to do this.

Firstly, click on Users > Applicants (search for the Applicant account that you with to remove/delete and click "View").

Click on Transfer Records and select the existing Applicant account you want to send the records to.

Once you've done this, ensure there are no records left on the "old account" and then you can click Delete Applicant.
