# Transferring Applicant Records

Firstly, click on Users > Applicants (search for the Applicant account that you with to **remove/delete** and click "View").

Click on Transfer Records and select the existing Applicant account you want to send the records to.

Once you've done this, ensure there are no records left on the "old account" and then you can click Delete Applicant.
