Request More Information

This article is for Administrators who would like to request additional information for an Application.

Navigate to All Applications

Navigate to the All Applications submenu via the Application menu.

View a submitted application

Choose to View a Submitted application:

Open Application Editing

Click Application Editing.

Choose Request more information

Now choose Request more information.

Select or create a template

Choose a template for the extra information you need, or create a new one. The applicant will receive a notification to fill in these extra details.
