# Manage Milestones

## Sharing Milestones for external Collaboration

### Open the Share Milestone action

Use the "Share Milestone" action within the Milestone Page.

### Review who has access

### Change access and copy link

### Ensure external sharing is enabled

For external sharing to be possible, this must be enabled first in your Organisation settings.

If you wish to share a Milestone to be completed by a user outside of your platform, follow the steps above.

## Monitoring Progress

After a Milestone has been created as part of a batch or on its own, you can monitor its progress via the “All Milestones” menu. Here you can track the status of each Applicant.

If you created a Milestone Batch, you can view and edit this via the “Milestone Batches” menu.
