Manage Milestones

This article is for Administrators who would like to manage existing Milestones.

Sharing Milestones for external Collaboration

Open the Share Milestone action

Use the "Share Milestone" action within the Milestone Page.

Review who has access

A popup will display who currently has access and the General Access setting.

Change access and copy link

Change the General Access from "Restricted" to "Anyone with the link", then copy the link and provide it to the external user so they can complete the Milestone and submit.

Ensure external sharing is enabled

For external sharing to be possible, this must be enabled first in your Organisation settings.

If you wish to share a Milestone to be completed by a user outside of your platform, follow the steps above.

Monitoring Progress

After a Milestone has been created as part of a batch or on its own, you can monitor its progress via the “All Milestones” menu. Here you can track the status of each Applicant.

If you created a Milestone Batch, you can view and edit this via the “Milestone Batches” menu.
