## Adding Signatories to the Contract Template

Regardless of the setup, any Contracts created digitally through Tahua need to have signatories need to be added into the Contract Template using Signature Blocks. The Admin setting up the Contract can choose how they want these to look layout wise.

**Admin Signature Block**\
The Admin Signature block allows you to position where your admin signature(s) appears in the contract along with their name, date and role. If you have multiple admin signatories you can position multiple Admin Signature Block personalisations within your template to position them correctly.

**Applicant Signature Block**\
The Applicant Signature block allows you to position where your applicant signature(s) appears in the contract along with their name, date and role. If you have multiple applicant signatories you can position multiple Applicant Signature Block personalisations within your template to position them correctly.

**Institution/Verifier Signature Block**\
The Institution/Verifier Signature block allows you to position where your Verifier signature(s) appears in the contract along with their name, date and role. If you have multiple Verifier signatories you can position multiple Verifier Signature Block personalisations within your template to position them correctly.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.tahua.io/knowledge-base/administrator-help-guides/contracts/contract-templates/contract-signatories.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
